Overview

The Customer Service Representative will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service within the logistics industry. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operations. This role
requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service. This role will require the individual to be on site five days a week for the entirety of their shift.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to manage the flow of goods and address any disruptions.
  • Address and resolve client issues, including shipment discrepancies, delays, and other service-related challenges.
  • Liaise with internal departments to find solutions and provide updates to clients.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Generate regular reports on service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and logistics requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactively communicate with the customers if there are any concerns, delay’s, etc.
  • Ability to work cross functionally within Shipping Pilot and our customer’s. 

Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in a customer support role in a warehouse environment.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management within warehouse or logistics settings, showcasing adeptness in project management practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

Pay

  • $45,000 – $55,000 per year
