Overview

The Warehouse Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the warehouse associates.

Daily Responsibilities

• Inventory management in Warehouse Management System
• Managing resources to complete ecommerce order fulfillment
• Overseeing warehouse projects
• Oversees, manages, and schedules personnel and activities of respective areas of responsibilities
• Maintaining effective leadership strategies
• Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Amazon FBA/fulfillment partner pickup/drop-off
• Scheduling inventory pickup/drop-off
• International shipping
• Oversight of our packaging line
• Ordering/purchasing inventory
• Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws

Qualifications

• High school, GED, or equivalent diploma
• Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes
• Candidate must be qualified to work in the United States
• At least one year of warehouse management experience within warehouse or logistics settings
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail, honed through hands-on involvement in managing projects
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leveraging warehouse management skills to effectively navigate challenges and deliver results

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry objects, boxes, or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without risking injury
• Must be capable of spending extended periods walking and standing on the warehouse floor
• Good manual dexterity to handle tools, equipment, and small items. Ability to use a computer, scanner, or other electronic devices efficiently
• Physical endurance: demonstrated physical endurance to handle long hours and high-stress situations, ensuring sustained productivity and efficiency throughout the workday
